Sushi Train

I've eaten sushi, and I've been to a few Japanese restaurants, but last Thursday I had dinner at a Sushi Train for the first time.  The food was yummy.  Raw salmon - mmm

and I also tried raw calamari - much nicer than I imagined.  Washed down with a Normandy cider....
