Bribie Vessel

I bought this large pot/vase about a month ago at the Bribie Island Community Arts Centre.  It was so big it was buckled into its own seat belt for the trip home.  It reminds me a little of a shell - the inside has a light green, glazed surface.

It's unglazed on the outside and the darker layers are textured like sand.  The pattern reminds me of the indentations left by waves on a beach.
