New Start

On January 11 the city started shutting down in anticipation of the flood, and the next day or two was when homes and businesses were affected.

It's hard to fathom the work and effort that has had to go into undoing the damage.

Remember this little coffee shop in West End?  Well, it was only the week starting 21 March that they finally reopened.  When I saw activity again I just felt I wanted to grab a coffee to go.

The owner is delightful, and I got chatting with another customer.  The inside is funky
