Taste of Texas

Had dinner out last night with my two children and two of my daughter's friends.  Lots of energy and good fun.  The Taste of Texas has Tex Mex food - very yummy!  I started with a sangria and had the Texas Chili Nachos - too much for me to eat but delicious!

Market Day Again

It's been a while since I went to Chandler Market.
Today I bought some CDs - the seller was downsizing to go and live on a boat - all 4 for $25!

I had a twisted potato snack

I first saw these at the Food and Wine Show last year but the queue was way too long - finally I got a taste and I have to say - YUMMY!
I heard some loud music - and it was The Twine!

Yay!!  I first heard them at the National  - was it only last week?  Very, very good!
So I bought a coffee and sat and read the paper while they played.
I bought the fruit bread I always do -

Everything fitted nicely into this shopping bag

that folds neatly into a carrot - very handy -

On the way to the car I saw mud that had cracked into interesting patterns
